Relaxed ASN Aberdeen – An Inclusive Inflatable Session
At Innoflate Aberdeen, we believe play should be for everyone. That’s why we’ve introduced Relaxed ASN Aberdeen – a specially designed session offering a calmer atmosphere for individuals with additional support needs (ASN).
These sessions provide a friendly, low-stimulation environment where participants can enjoy the inflatables at their own speed, without the usual hustle and bustle.
Relaxed ASN Aberdeen takes place on the first Monday of each month. During school term time, sessions run from 6pm to 7pm, and in the holidays they move slightly earlier, from 5pm to 6pm.
What is Relaxed ASN at Innoflate Aberdeen?
Relaxed ASN is a carefully adapted session designed to create a calmer, more supportive environment. We keep the music low, reduce capacity, and make sure the space feels welcoming and pressure-free.
It’s all about providing the chance to enjoy the excitement of bouncing in a quieter setting, with the reassurance that support is always on hand if needed.
A Safe, Sensory-Friendly Environment
Our Relaxed ASN Aberdeen sessions are designed with individuals who are autistic, neurodivergent, or experience sensory processing differences in mind. To help make the experience enjoyable and stress-free, we’ve made a number of thoughtful adjustments:
- Softer lighting and reduced background noise for a calmer atmosphere
- Lower capacity to keep the park from feeling overcrowded
- Experienced staff on-hand for assistance throughout the session
- Up to two carers can accompany each bouncer free of charge, making it easier for families and support workers to take part
