The structure is simple: Friday evenings, the Innoflate team transforms the arena. Disco lights go up. A playlist takes over. The inflatables themselves don’t change – you still have the full park, the slides, the obstacle courses, the bounce zones – but the environment around them shifts entirely.
Sessions last 90-minutes, which is longer than a standard Open Bounce and long enough for the energy in the room to build properly. The Inno-Café stays open throughout, so parents can grab a drink and watch from the sidelines, or join in completely – there’s no rule against it.
Livingston runs its Disco Night from 6–7.30pm every Friday. The other venues follow similar Friday evening timings; check your venue’s session page for current slot information. Every Innoflate venue runs Disco Nights every week without exception, which means there’s always another Friday coming – but the most desirable dates (school holiday Fridays, the last Friday before Christmas break, late June when Scottish schools break up) go quickly. If you have a date in mind for a birthday party, booking four to six weeks ahead is the practical standard. For a regular session visit, two weeks gives you a reasonable chance of your preferred timeslot.
