Yes, we do advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment – we can become very busy especially at weekends, school holidays and when it rains!
To access the park you are required to complete a waiver. You must complete your own waiver if you are agreed 16+ and if you are under 16 your waiver must completed by your parent or guardian. The waiver outlines the risks of using the equipment – and that you accept this risk, to abide by the rules of the park and accept that you are responsible for your own actions.
Yes these need to be filled in to gain access to the park – you will not be permitted to bounce without a waiver. Waivers do last for 1 year though so you do not have to complete one every time if you submitted your waiver electronically.
The easiest way to book is online at innoflate.co.uk – please select the relevant site you wish to attend when making a booking. You can also make a telephone booking via our call centre .
Your waiver is valid for a period of one year. Paper waivers due to technology failure may be used as a back up – these are only valid for the duration of that particular bounce session. Children’s parties also use the paper waivers and again these are only valid for the duration of the bounce party.
Opening hours can vary from site to site. But generally we open at 10am in the morning and close at 8pm at night. 9pm closing on Fridays and Saturdays. 6pm closing on Sundays. You can check opening hours on our website under the relevant location webpage.
Due to the nature and material the park is made out of we do recommend that you wear long sleeves and long trousers to protect you from burns whilst going down our slides. We would suggest that you wear light clothes as jumping around is hot work!
All of our sites operate a no picnic policy and have a full café offering meaning that only food and drink bought from the premises can be consumed there.
We do have a limited amount of lockers on sites available for use to store your valuables.
Unfortunately pregnant women are not permitted to bounce on safety grounds. The park can be quite hard to walk on, and with a lot of excited children (and adults) flying around there is a high risk of you being bumped in to or knocked over.
You can add more people to your booking by giving the site a call and they can add on the additional bouncers for you.
Provided that you have booked online and completed your waivers online – arriving 10 minutes before your session should allow a smooth check-in for you. When arriving – you can join a queue and we will get you checked in and issue you with bounce socks and wristbands.
All ages are permitted on the park – the only restrictive condition that exists is that all under 4s must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. We do have specialist Inno-tot sessions for under 4s.
The park is suitable for adults to participate also with a weight restriction of 18st.
This varies site by site but typically we throttle the number of participants well below the recommended capacity for user enjoyment. (Aberdeen, Dundee, Cumbernauld – 120, Livingston – 180 arena capacity)
We can hire out to your group exclusively – please contact the relevant Innoflate site to make enquiries about this.
Only parents of under 4s are required to go on to the park to assist but many parents like to go on and enjoy the experience with their children, and are welcome to book on to the activity also.
We provide lots of fun sessions for all ages and abilities including Inno-Tots, Nerf Wars, disco nights, and ASN. We often have seasonal events on also – keep an eye on our FB and website for these. Check out our timetable for current timetabling of sessions.
Our Aberdeen, Cumbernauld, Dundee and Livingston sites provide Additional Supports Needs session which are sessions with dramatically reduced numbers, no music, low lighting and trained staff – these sessions are on a Sunday morning 9.30-10.30am.
We have a range of party packages available to suit your needs. Party rooms for all sites, except Aberdeen. As well as normal bounce sessions we can offer parties for disco sessions and nerf sessions also.
The maximum number of people attending a party based on the party room capacity is 20 users – for parties bigger than that please contact the relevant Innoflate site and we may be able to accommodate.
Generally, for party waivers we provide a paper waiver that all children can be added to and will be valid for the duration of the party only. The other way to do it would be for parents to fill in waivers online in advance of the party and we can link them up to the party on the day.
We do provide party invites – these can be collected in house or you can download from our website and print at home.
Ensure that you complete all user waivers before you arrive at Reception. If you have it show the QR code from your confirmation email to the reception team and they will check you in and issue your bands. Don’t worry if you don’t have a code we can search for you booking by name.
Yes – socks are mandatory to go on our park with and help to keep the park clean and tidy. They are also part of the experience.
Socks are £2.50 per pair – you can bring along and reuse your socks if you wish.
Our centres do have extensive café areas for spectators.
There is no charge for people who are spectating. You only pay if you are participating on the inflatable park.
We serve a selection of coffees, juice, slush, cakes and we also serve some hot food i.e hotdogs and pizza. Food offering does vary site to site.
