Do you have a question about our inflatable park before you book or visit?

We’ve put together a list of our most frequently asked questions. However, if you don’t see the answer to your question listed below, please contact us to speak to a member of our park team in your chosen location.

We do accept walk-ins at all our venues; however, we do advise you booking in advance to avoid disappointment.  We can become very busy, especially at weekends, school holidays and when the weather isn’t so nice to us all!

Yes, we are happy to change your date for you.  We do however require 24 hours’ notice for bookings to be changed. You can also make amendments to your booking via your online account if that is more convenient and quicker for you.

To access the park, you are required to complete a waiver. You must complete your own waiver if you are aged 16 and above, and if you are under 16 your waiver must be completed by your parent or guardian. The waiver outlines the risks of using the equipment – and that you accept this risk, to abide by the rules of the park and accept that you are responsible for your own actions.

Waivers signed electronically are valid for one year from the day it’s signed, so you do not have to complete one every time. Our booking system will send you a reminder each year, before expiry, to ask you to review and sign a new one.

If you are required to fill out a paper-based waiver (e.g. children’s parties or walk-in’s), these are only valid for the duration of that session.

A link to the waiver form will be included in your booking confirmation email. Please click and follow the link to complete the waiver ahead of your visit.

Alternatively, you can complete the waiver from the “sign waiver” button located on the homepage of your chosen location (e.g. Innoflate Dundee).

The easiest and most convenient way to book with us is online at innoflate.co.uk – please select the relevant site you wish to attend when making a booking.

In most cases yes – you can add more people to your booking by giving our site a call and they will help.  You can also make amendments to your booking via your online account if that is more convenient and quicker for you. However, please note that if we are already at maximum capacity for the hour of your booking, we might not be able to add more people on, simply for health and safety reasons.

Due to the nature and material the park is made from, we do recommend that you wear long sleeves and long trousers to protect you from burns whilst going down our slides. We would suggest that you wear light clothes as jumping around is hot work!

Belts, buckles, rivets, studs or any sharp edging on clothing are not permitted on our inflatable park.

We do have a limited number of lockers on site, which is available for use to store your valuables on a first come first served basis.

Unfortunately, pregnant women are not permitted to bounce on safety grounds. The park can be quite hard to walk on, and with a lot of excited children (and adults) flying around, there is a high risk of you being bumped in to or knocked over.

Provided that you have booked online and completed your waivers online – arriving 15 minutes before your session should allow a smooth check-in for you. When arriving – please join the queue at front desk so we can get you checked in, and issue you with bounce socks and wristbands.

Please note, late arrivals will not have any lost time in the inflatable park compensated.

All ages are permitted on the park, however those aged 5 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult (16+) on the park with a valid bounce ticket. Anyone under the age of 14 cannot be left at Innoflate themselves – an accompanying adult(s) must be present in the building at all times.  We have a café on-site with ample seating and tables to spectate.

There are no height limits. The weight limit for our inflatable park is 18 stone / 114kg per person.

Yes, we offer exclusive hire to groups. Please contact us or call us to find out more.

For all party packages, we ask for a minimum requirement of 10 people.  The maximum number of people attending all party packages is 20 users – for parties bigger than that please contact us as we may be able to accommodate.

We do provide digital copies of Innoflate branded party invites – these can be collected from our sites, or you can download them from our website and print at home.  If you wish to download them, please visit the parties page of your chosen location.

Yes, Innoflate socks are mandatory to go on our inflatable park.  This helps us to keep the park as clean and tidy as possible.

Innoflate socks are available to buy at £2.75 a pair, and these are then yours to keep (a take home souvenir!).  Once washed, you can then bring those socks back time and time again to re-use.

We can provide discounts to group bookings.  Please call your chosen site to find out more. Discount levels are dependant on the size of your group and can therefore vary.

Whilst we do our best to accommodate our customers, we do operate a no refund policy at Innoflate.  We do understand that things can happen, and we are happy to move your booking to a future date and time. At the discretion of the Company, we may issue you with a gift voucher in exceptional circumstances.

All vouchers are valid for 365 days (12 months) from the date of purchase.  Vouchers cannot be swapped for cash alternatives, and are therefore non-refundable.

Gift vouchers can be used at any Innoflate location. Vouchers cannot be swapped for cash alternatives, and are therefore non-refundable.

Yes, we provide a discount exclusively to blue light cardholders on selected bounce sessions only. This discount is valid on entrance tickets for Open Bounce, Nerf Wars, Disco Nights, Relaxed ASN and Innotots sessions (does not apply to food & drink from cafe).

A valid Blue Light Card must be presented upon arrival as proof of eligibility. The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or packages. The company reserves the right to refuse the discount if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

A £1 booking fee applies to online bookings to help cover the cost of secure transaction processing and compliance with legislation.

Yes – a 50% deposit option is available when booking your party. This secures your chosen date and time, with the remaining balance due 1 week before your party takes place. We will contact you to arrange payment of the balance, or you can make payment via your online account.
