How It Works

Once you’ve purchased your membership, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your membership will be activated. Simply book your eligible sessions online in advance, then check in when you arrive to enjoy your visit.

Our monthly memberships have a minimum six-month term, with the first payment taken when you join and future payments collected automatically each month using your chosen payment method. Annual memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew. Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be shared or transferred. Eligible sessions are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Terms and Conditions

Monthly and Annual Membership

1. The Membership Agreement

1.1 Your membership begins when you purchase it online, by telephone or at one of our parks.
1.2 By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Membership Terms and Conditions.
1.3 A legally binding agreement is formed when we send you confirmation that your membership purchase has been accepted.
1.4 Your membership provides the benefits applicable to the membership type selected at the time of purchase. Available benefits may vary between membership types.
1.5 Memberships are personal to the registered member and cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another person.

2. Membership Payments and Charges

2.1 Any joining fee and the first membership payment must be paid when the membership is purchased. Payment may be made using an accepted debit or credit card or, where available, in cash at the park.
2.2 A joining fee, where applicable, contributes towards the administrative cost of creating and activating the membership.
2.3 If membership upgrades are available, an administration charge may apply. Any applicable charge will be explained before the upgrade is completed.
2.4 Monthly membership payments will be collected automatically from the debit or credit card registered to the membership. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise us to collect these payments.
2.5 The second monthly payment will normally be collected one month after the membership purchase date. If the membership was purchased before the relevant park opened, the second payment will normally be collected one month after the park’s opening date.
2.6 Further payments will then be collected monthly until the membership ends in accordance with these terms.
2.7 Payments already collected are not normally refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided for under these terms.
2.8 If a card payment is declined, or another agreed payment method is not honoured, we may charge a reasonable administration fee of up to £10.
2.9 We will notify you if a payment is missed and provide an opportunity for the outstanding amount to be paid. We may reduce or waive the administration fee if full payment is received within seven days of its due date.
2.10 If the outstanding amount remains unpaid, or further payments are missed, we may suspend or cancel the membership after giving you written notice.
2.11 You must promptly notify us of any changes to the contact or payment information associated with the membership.

3. Changes to Recurring Membership Prices

3.1 We may occasionally change the price of a recurring membership.
3.2 We will provide at least one full month’s notice before an increased price takes effect. The notice will state:

  • the new membership price;
  • the date on which the new price will begin; and
  • your available cancellation options.

3.3 You may cancel your membership during the notice period, subject to the minimum-term and cancellation provisions contained in these terms.
3.4 If you do not cancel by the date stated in the notice, your membership will continue at the new price.

4. Minimum Membership Period

4.1 Recurring monthly memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of six months.
4.2 Except where you exercise a statutory cancellation right or another legal right applies, the
membership cannot be cancelled during this minimum period.

5. Cancelling a Recurring Membership

5.1 You cannot normally cancel a recurring membership during its initial six-month minimum term.
5.2 Once the minimum term has ended, you may cancel at any time by emailing the park from which the membership was purchased.
5.3 Contact details for each park are available on the relevant location page at www.innoflate.co.uk.
5.4 You may also contact the park by telephone if you require information or assistance with the cancellation process.
5.5 Unless we tell you otherwise, the membership will remain active until the day before the next scheduled payment date. It will then end automatically, and no further membership payment will be collected.

6. Statutory Cancellation Period

6.1 Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, you may have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of entering into the membership agreement.
6.2 If you ask for or agree to the membership beginning during this 14-day period and then cancel before the period ends, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the membership services supplied before receiving your cancellation.
6.3 Any remaining balance due to you will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to your statutory rights.
6.4 Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Membership Use and Misuse Personal use

7.1 A membership, membership number and membership card may only be used by the registered member or registered child.
7.2 Membership grants access only for the registered member and does not provide admission for accompanying individuals.
7.3 You are responsible for keeping the membership number and card safe and confidential.
7.4 Any membership card issued by us remains our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Identity and access checks
7.5 We may monitor membership use to help protect the safety and security of our customers, team members and parks.
7.6 A person using a membership may be asked to provide suitable identification or other evidence that they are the registered member.

Suspected misuse

7.7 If we reasonably believe that a membership has been used by an unauthorised person, we may investigate the circumstances.
7.8 As part of an investigation, we may: contact you by email to explain our concerns;
ask you to provide reasonable information or assistance; review relevant booking and entry records; and notify you of our findings and any action we propose to take.
7.9 If you unreasonably refuse to cooperate, or if our investigation gives us reasonable grounds to believe that the membership has been misused—with or without your knowledge—we may take proportionate action.
7.10 Depending upon the seriousness and frequency of the misuse, this action may include:
charging the applicable standard admission price for each unauthorised visit; suspending the membership; restricting future bookings; or cancelling the membership with immediate effect in cases of serious or repeated misuse.
7.11 A refund will not normally be provided where a membership is cancelled because of proven serious or repeated misuse, subject always to your statutory rights.

Conduct of other individuals
7.12 If you knowingly provide your membership details or card to another person, help another person gain unauthorised entry or allow another person to enter after you, you may be held responsible for their conduct while they are on our premises.
7.13 You may also be responsible for losses or damage reasonably arising from that conduct, where permitted by law.

Member photographs
7.14 On the member’s first visit, we may take a photograph to help verify their identity during future visits and prevent unauthorised membership use.
7.15 The photograph will be used for membership administration, security and identity-verification purposes. Information about how photographs and other personal information are handled is provided in our Privacy Notice.
7.16 Where the registered member is a child, the photograph must be authorised by their parent or legal guardian.

8. Eligible Sessions and Booking Availability

8.1 Memberships may only be used for designated standard membership sessions.
8.2 Unless expressly included as a membership benefit, membership does not provide admission to Stay & Play, private events, special sessions or other separately priced activities.
8.3 A membership permits the registered member to attend for a maximum of one hour or 90 minutes  per day during an eligible session dependant on membership purchased, subject to availability and advance booking requirements.
8.4 A limited number of membership places may be made available for each eligible session. Membership availability is managed separately from the park’s overall capacity.
8.5 As a result, spaces for other admission types may still be available when all membership places have been booked.
8.6 The number of membership places and the times of eligible sessions are determined by the relevant park and may change according to operational requirements.
8.7 Membership does not guarantee that a space will be available for a particular date or session. We recommend booking in advance.

9. Membership Benefits

9.1 Memberships may include additional offers, discounts or benefits. These may vary depending upon the membership type, park and date of purchase.
9.2 We may make reasonable changes to membership benefits from time to time.
9.3 Where a material change is proposed, we will provide at least one full month’s notice and explain when the change will take effect.
9.4 During this notice period, you may exercise any cancellation rights available under these terms.

10. Missed Bookings

10.1 If you reserve a membership session but do not attend, a £5 missed-booking charge may be applied.
10.2 You may cancel a reservation without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session begins.
10.3 If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending or cancelling in time, you should contact the relevant park as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Annual Memberships

11.1 An annual membership remains valid for the fixed period stated in the purchase confirmation.
11.2 Unless expressly stated during the purchase process, an annual membership will not automatically renew.
11.3 The full annual membership price is payable at the time of purchase unless an alternative payment arrangement is expressly offered.
11.4 Annual membership fees are not normally refundable after the statutory cancellation period has ended, except where required by law or expressly provided for in these terms.
11.5 Any different conditions applying to a particular annual membership will be displayed before purchase and included in the membership confirmation.

12. General Terms

12.1 These Membership Terms and Conditions should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, booking rules and park safety rules.
12.2 Our General Terms and Conditions are available on our website at www.innoflate.co.uk.
12.3 If there is a conflict between these Membership Terms and our General Terms and Conditions in relation to membership matters, these Membership Terms will apply.
12.4 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
