Discover our range of exciting sessions, all set in a safe and playful environment. From daytime stay & play and open bounce sessions, to thrilling disco nights and action-packed Nerf wars, there’s a session for every member of the family to enjoy.
Stay & Play
Join our inclusive soft play session, weekdays from 10am – 3pm during term time. It’s the perfect opportunity to let the young ones play on our inflatables, or even for those older, simply looking for some bouncing fun during the week! Stay for as long as you like, at just £8.95 per person.
Please note, a small £1 charge applies for adults supervising kids under 5 on the inflatables. We’re all about great fun but also safety!
Open Bounce
Our Open Bounce sessions are designed to welcome guests of all ages and abilities. It’s a time when the entire inflatable park is open for everyone to enjoy, explore, and have a blast. Whether you’re racing through obstacle courses, tackling the slides, or simply bouncing around, there’s something for everyone to love.
Choose between a 60-minute or 90-minute session – it’s up to you! But no matter what, we promise you’ll leave with a glowing smile and a cheerful glow.
During term time, open bounce runs 3pm-6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sundays from 10.30am – 6pm.

Innotots
Our Innotots sessions are specially run for children aged 5 and under, along with their accompanying adults. This offers a world of soft play fun tailored to tiny adventurers. Please note there must be a supervising adult on the inflatable park for children aged 5 and under.
With a safe, age-appropriate environment, your little ones can explore, play, and discover and grown-ups even join in the excitement too.
During term time and the school holidays, innotots runs on a Saturday and Sunday morning from 9.30am – 10.30am.
Disco Night
It’s a Friday night bounce party! Kickstart your weekend with 2 hours of music, lights, and non-stop fun at Innoflate! Every Friday from 6pm to 8pm, our inflatable park transforms into a vibrant dance floor with disco lights and upbeat tunes.
Bring your energy, show off your moves, and bounce to the rhythm in an atmosphere filled with excitement and laughter. It’s the ultimate Friday night activity – don’t miss out!
Nerf Wars
Bounce into two hours of adrenaline-pumping fun with our Nerf Wars every Saturday from 6pm to 8pm! Gather your team, grab your Nerf guns and foam bullets, and get ready to take on the challenge under the guidance of our park marshals.
Our inflatable park transforms into an epic battleground, where you can dodge and dive – it’s a thrilling blend of action and bouncing fun.
This high-energy experience is perfect for ages 6 and up, offering excitement and adventure in a safe environment.
Relaxed ASN
We believe everyone should experience the joy of bouncing in an environment that’s just right for them. That’s why, on the first Monday of every month from 5pm to 6pm, we create a calm and welcoming space by turning off the music and limiting the number of visitors.
These sessions are designed for those who prefer a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere while enjoying our inflatable park. Each participant is welcome to bring up to two carers free of charge. Our friendly staff are always available to offer support and ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.

We want your visit to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so here’s what you can expect when you come to Innoflate Inverness:
- Safe & Clean Environment: Our team rigorously cleans and inspects all inflatables and play areas daily to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all guests.
- What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget to bring or buy Innoflate socks—clean Innoflate socks are mandatory for bouncing! We provide socks with party packages.
- Accessibility: Our venue is pushchair friendly and equipped with accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities, making it convenient for families and visitors with additional needs.
- Parking & Location: Convenient onsite parking is available at Inverness Retail Park, so arriving and leaving is hassle-free.
- Food & Drink: During or after bouncing, head over to our Inno-café to refuel with tasty snacks, hot meals, and refreshing drinks for all tastes and dietary requirements.
- Booking & Arrival: We recommend booking your session or party in advance online to guarantee your preferred time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in and to get familiar with the park rules.
- Supervision: Children under 14 must be always supervised by an adult in the building for their safety and enjoyment.
- Party Extras: Add-ons like platters of sandwiches or traybakes, slushes, and character visits are available for party bookings to make your celebration truly special.
