Innotots runs in the morning slot and is reserved for children aged five and under, with a calmer atmosphere and fewer people; if you have a toddler, this is the session to book rather than dropping into a busy Open Bounce.
Saturday evenings belong to Nerf Wars – the inflatable park becomes a supervised foam-dart battle arena, which tends to appeal to the eight-and-above crowd. Friday evenings are Disco Nights: lights, music, and bouncing. Both are available as birthday party packages as well as regular sessions. The first Monday of every month is a Relaxed ASN Session, run at a quieter pace for visitors with additional support needs, with carers admitted free of charge.

Getting There and What to Bring
The park is at Ethiebeaton Park, Monifieth – postcode DD5 4HB for your satnav. There’s free on-site parking and if you don’t fancy bouncing, spectators can come in for free. For families coming from Dundee without a car, local bus routes connect the city centre to Monifieth, making it more accessible than its out-of-town location might suggest. The park is fully climate-controlled, so it genuinely doesn’t matter what the weather is doing.
Wear light clothing – long sleeves and trousers are recommended for the slides, but you’ll get warm quickly. Innoflate socks are mandatory for the park and cost £2.50 a pair; they’re yours to keep and reuse on future visits. Complete your safety waiver online before you arrive and you can skip the admin queue entirely.
