SUMMER 2026 -FREE PRIZE DRAW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pinz Bowling Ltd, Company Number SC448593, registered office 2 Moycroft Industrial Estate, Elgin, Moray IV30 1XZ is offering the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win a pre-paid voucher allowing the winner to book a holiday up to the value of £4,500, to be booked through Holiday Booking Management Ltd, trading as MagicBreaks.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and other publicity material surrounding this prize draw, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Eligibility
The draw is open to customers of Pinz Bowling Ltd’s Innoflate sites, as well as to anyone entering via the free entry routes described below.
Entrants should be over the age of 18 at the time of entry to the draw, and should ensure that the prize draw is not illegal in their country of residence.
All participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry into the prize draw.
How the draw works
The lead customer booking entry to one of the Innoflate sites between 27th June 2026 and 1st September 2026 will be offered the opportunity for their details to be included in the prize draw via their online booking, an on-site tablet or an in-person booking at an Innoflate site. They will be asked to provide their name, postal address, email address and contact phone number.
Free entries are also possible in one of two ways:
- By visiting an Innoflate site during trading hours, without purchase of entry, and asking to enter the same details to enter the draw in the same way as a customer; or
- By post, by sending their name, postal address, email address and contact phone number to the following address using first or second class post: Summer 2026 Prize Draw, Pinz Bowling Ltd, 2 Moycroft Industrial Estate, Elgin, Moray IV30 1XZ. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
All entries, including free entries, must be received by 3pm on 1st September 2026.
Bulk entries will not be accepted, but it is possible to enter multiple times.
Pinz Bowling Ltd reserves the right to reject entries which they reasonably believe to be in breach of these rules.
Each entry will be treated as one entry to the prize draw, whether a paid entry as a customer, or by one of the free entry routes.
No liability is accepted for any entries lost or delayed due to network, hardware or software errors.
Method of selecting and notifying the winner
Valid entries received prior to 3pm on 1st September 2026 will be entered into the draw.
The draw will be supervised by Pinz Bowling Ltd, and the winner will be selected using a verifiable process that randomly selects the winner from the valid entries. The draw will be on 3rd September 2026.
In the event of any error or technical failure in the draw, Pinz Bowling Ltd reserves the right to repeat the process, and any earlier draw will be null and void.
The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw, and, assuming the winner accepts the prize, Pinz Bowling Ltd will confirm the identity of the winner to MagicBreaks in order that the winner can make arrangements directly with MagicBreaks. No alternative prize will be offered.
Should the winner not accept the prize within 96 hours of being notified, Pinz Bowling Ltd reserves the right to repeat the draw and to award the prize to another winner.
Pinz Bowling Ltd will have no responsibility for the winner not receiving notification if they have provided incorrect contact details.
Publicity
If the winner consents, their name, location and/or photograph will be used in publicity surrounding the prize draw. If they do not consent to participate in any publicity, Pinz Bowling Ltd will use only their first name and general location when announcing the winner of the prize draw.
Limitation of Liability
It is for the winner to make travel and other arrangements with MagicBreaks. It is recommended that the winner has adequate travel insurance for themselves and anyone who travels with them, and follows FCO travel advice, but all risk in the prize passes to the winner when the identity of the winner has been confirmed to MagicBreaks and the winner has been given contact details for MagicBreaks.
Use of the prize will be subject to any terms and conditions applicable to the booking as set down by MagicBreaks.
To the extent permitted by law, Pinz Bowling Ltd and its affiliates accept no liability for loss or damage sustained by any party by entering into the prize draw, or for personal injury or death sustained by any party by entering into the prize draw, unless caused by their negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, Pinz Bowling Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage sustained by any party as a result of their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for death or personal injury sustained by any party as a result of their acceptance and/or use of the prize, unless caused by their negligence.
Pinz Bowling Ltd reserves the right, acting reasonably, to amend the rules surrounding the prize draw, or to delay, suspend or cancel it should circumstances outwith their control require that. Participants are recommended to check for changes to these Terms and Conditions.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
Personal data
Personal data will be retained and used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, for contacting the winner, for introducing them to MagicBreaks as well as for any publicity, with any publicity being subject to the agreement of the winner as detailed above.
All personal data will be deleted two months after the prize draw, unless already held in line with our Privacy Policy which can be consulted at www.innoflate.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Disputes
Any complaints or issues surrounding the prize draw should be sent to Pinz Bowling Ltd at marketing@innoflate.co.uk. Any issues to do with data protection matters should be submitted to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@innoflate.co.uk.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be construed according to the laws of Scotland and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
