General
All members of the party should be made aware of the Terms and Conditions set out below. By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business.
Innoflate reserve the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.
Any persons using the inflatable facilities must complete a waiver prior to their participation. Where someone is under the age of 16, this waiver must be completed by a Parent/Guardian.
Groups are requested to arrive in good time for their session. Groups arriving late may not receive their entire time within the arena.
Activities involving inflatables are not without risk and misuse may result in serious injury or even death. All participants must review all rules prior to their participation and on every subsequent visit. Upon arrival, participants will receive a briefing about the rules of the park. You must attend a briefing every time you visit Innoflate.
All participants need our Innoflate socks which can be purchased when booking online or when you arrive. Once you have purchased them, they are yours to keep!
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate clothing. We reserve the right to prevent you from taking part in a session or activity if you are dressed inappropriately.
Participants are requested to remove all jewellery, belts and watches before going on the inflatables. Pockets must be emptied as loose objects can pose a hazard should they fall out during their session.
Do not operate mobile phones, cameras or similar equipment on the inflatables, these must be left out of the inflatable zone. Spectators are welcome to take photos/videos.
Food or drink must not be consumed whilst participating in any activities and only food purchased within Innoflate is permitted to be consumed on the premises.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol and chewing gum are not permitted. You will not be allowed to participate in any activities if reasonably considered by Innoflate to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Innoflate, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the inflatables at any time or to restrict the number of persons having access to the inflatables. The reason for any closure or restriction provided by this condition may include technical, maintenance or operational reasons.
Innoflate reserves the right to refuse admission, ban entry to or remove from the park without refund to any person who does not comply with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct. All threatening and abusive behaviour towards any of our staff will not be tolerated.
COVID Policy
Innoflate reviews Governmental advice at all times regarding Covid-19 and adheres to the current guidelines.
Customers and staff safety is our number one priority and we have hygiene standards within our centres.
To ensure your visit is a safe and pleasant one between sessions, high touch points are cleaned. Such as tables, chairs, and door handles. Additionally, we have steam cleaners on site and spray sanitiser throughout the day for sanitisation of facilities.
Anyone that has symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or has been in contact with someone that has tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is not permitted on the premises.
Booking Online
We require full payment for advanced bookings so that we can secure your booking.
A booking will only be classed as confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent from Innoflate.
All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.
Innoflate are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect information or made an error with their booking. You must let us know, as soon as possible, if there are any mistakes in your booking confirmation.
Payment
Payment can be made online using credit/debit cards through PaymentSense, alternatively by phone.
Card payments are made through a secure server. Innoflate does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.
Payment will be taken at the time of booking or ordering.
Refunds and Cancellations
Full Payment is required at the time of booking.
Refunds and cancellations cannot be made to online bookings apart from in exceptional circumstances.
Instead we will offer to move your booking to an alternative date/time.
At the discretion of the Company, we may offer a credit voucher.
Latecomers may not be permitted and no refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
Customers with bookings that need to be altered due to Covid-19 or on account of any other Government-mandated closure will be provided with a gift card or vouchers which will hold the full equivalent balance of the booking being altered and may be redeemed for any other Innoflate products of equivalent value.’

Marketing
Please be aware that photographs and videos may be taken during your bounce session or birthday party, which may include an image(s) of you or those you are responsible for during your visit. This image(s) may then be used for marketing and advertising purposes. If you wish to opt out of this, kindly inform a member of staff upon arrival.
